Being a professional surfer is one of those rare jobs that most people should envy but probably don’t. Most people what to be a professional quarterback or hit clean up for the Yankees. Sure those jobs pay multi-multi millions and have a ton of perks but there is also ridiculous pressure and your private life is non existent. Surfing is not a major sport so you can live a relatively quite life and yet get paid quite well. You also get to travel the globe to soak up Sun on incredible beaches. Not a bad gig. Don’t get me wrong, Tom Brady definitely lives the high life but the Most Interesting Man In The World would prefer to be a surfer.
