50 years ago Robert Allen Zimmerman released his debut album titled Bob Dylan. The album was recorded in six hours for $402 and didn’t chart in the United States but 20-year-old Dylan rolled on and would become one of the most recognizable figured of the 1960′s. Dylan’s career accolades, including 11 Grammy Awards and induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, are simply too long to list – not bad for a kid of humble beginnings from Minnesota.
