This week director James Cameron took a submarine to Challenger Deep, which is the bottom of the Mariana Trench and the deepest point on our planet. This is the first video of Cameron’s dive and it gives us a glimpse of one of Earth’s last frontiers, a place 35,768 feet deep and under 16,155 psi of pressure. A special on the dive will air on NatGeo so keep an eye out.
