On Tuesday 49-year-old Jamie Moyer turned in the best pitching performance of the year for the Rockies letting up only 6 hits and 0 earned runs over 7 innings and in the process became the oldest pitcher to win a game in Major League Baseball history. On Sunday Moyer starts for the Rockies against Milwaukee with hopes of breaking his own record.
