The 2012 Major League Baseball Draft took place in Secaucus, NJ yesterday. To drum up more interest MLB is trying to make the draft more of a spectacle event like the NFL Draft held at Radio City Music Hall so they invited former (and current) MLB greats to sit in and represent their team. Some big named included Ivan Rodriguez, Brady Anderson, Luis Gonzalez, Alex Rodriguez and CC Sabathia. The Astros took SS Carlos Correa as the first overall pick of the 2012 Draft so for a quick crash course here is everything you need to know about the 17-year-old from the Puerto Rican Baseball Academy and High School, along with a great interview about his reaction.
