Yesterday was a special day around Major League Baseball as Dads and their kids packed stadiums around the country to celebrate Father’s Day.
Since yesterday was a work day for the 750 pro players (and the coaches & team staff) the clubs allowed kids to have access to the field before and after the game to hang with Dad and make some memories. The Blue Jays even flew their player’s Dads and grandpas up to Rogers Centre for the game.
In a special New York City moment the Mets invited the city’s pride and joy Eli Manning out to Citi Field to throw out the first pitch with his daughter Ava.
