A nice rivalry is brewing between the San Jose Sharks and LA Galaxy led by David Beckham. This is exactly what the MLS needs to get people talking.
Yesterday Beckham proved hes still got it when a Sharks player took a flop next to the goal trying to eat up time so Beckham drop kicked the ball from about 20 yards out hit the player (and ref) in the face. Any other player and that would probably be a huge douche move but in the three person poll I just took we all think it’s amazing. Funny how fast the “injured” player got up to go after Beckham. There was a pushing match and even the mascot got into the action. All around good times in the MLS yesterday.
