On Monday President Obama was at the Iowa Fair and stopped by the Bud Light tent. This beer server was chosen to be the one to sell 12 beers to Obama at her booth and lucky for us she has her camera phone handy. Here is a play by play of how it all went down.
Obama’s security detail ropped the beer tent to secure the are. [source]
When the President is in the area everyone gets wanded for weapons. [source]
And in come to bomb dogs to sniff out the beer booth. [source]
At this point the head of his security detail came over to the booth and told the crew that Obama would be stopping by to purchase some beer. [source]
And he arrives… [source]
Apparently Obama purchased 12 beers. Two for himself, one for the girl who took these pictures and the rest would go to the first nine people that got the courage to come say hello to the POTUS. [source]
