[ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED: October 29, 2012] Nearly all mass transit including bridges, tunnels and subways have been shut down in preparation for Hurricane Sandy leaving an eerie sight at the mass transit locations. Typically on a Monday these places would be buzzing but today they are completely empty.
