Chef from Worlds Best Restaurant opens up Stix in NYC

Nikolaos Stavrakakis, Greek Chef of the year opened up “Stix” recently in Gremercy, NYC. The restaurant offers up a majority of its food on sticks, hence the clever nom de guerre. Stavrakakis has also cooked with the best at what some consider to be the best restaurant in the world: Noma in Copenhagen.
