She Knows What She Wants: Series 4 Carla Marie of Elvis Duran and the Morning Show (Gifts For Your Girl Under $100)

This edition of She Knows What She Wants, we’re asking Carla Marie of Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, what gifts a guy can get his girl for under $100. This Holiday season we’ve compiled a list of 5 categories and asked a select group of bright minded females to do all the work for us. The lovely ladies must choose a gift for each category around $100 or less and describe why. Lets face it, it’s just not easy buying holiday gifts for women, so we’re going to do all the research for you. All you have to do is pick the gift that best matches your dame’s lifestyle. Use the guide as matter of fact or just a good start in your otherwise oblivious gift buying mind state.

“Before you even begin to attempt to shop for a woman, you need to understand her mind is a labyrinth of conflicting logic, hidden innuendos and underlying thoughts your brain couldn’t even begin to fathom.” -George Washington

Jewelry- Henri Bendel $78.99

We love jewelry – but please, whatever you do, don’t ask your grandma for advice just because we said we like vintage jewelry!  Henri Bendel is my weakness. They have new and trendy styles with a twist of vintage – you can’t go wrong with anything you pick from them! You’ll shock her by giving her something cute like the Buckle Up Baby Bangle, I say go for the Rose Gold, we’re practically drooling over it right now.

ImageBags- Olivia + Joy $98

I’m sure you’ve noticed by now, but we need a purse for everything – mall shopping, dinner dates, bars, clubs, girls night, they all require different bags which is why any type you give us will be perfect! My favorite are the ones from Olivia + Joy because they’re durable, stylish, and can hold a lot of crap!  They have bright colored purses, furry ones, clutches, and neutrals – something for everyone! I have the Prosperity Satchel and LOVE it because it looks slender and sleek but I can fit my 15 inch MacBook Pro in there!

Shoes- Jessica Simpson Shoes $78

You may think your girlfriend has too many shoes…but she doesn’t. My favorite heels are Jessica Simpson’s. They’re not only beautiful but they are comfortable, affordable, and the heels aren’t too high! My boyfriend actually bought me a hot pink pair for Christmas last year, they’re my favorite pair of shoes!  Get her a fun color like the Calie Bermuda Pink Kidsuede Pumps.

Accessory- Society6 iPhone Case $35

Get her a phone case! I want nothing more than to be able to have a enough phone cases to match with every outfit! My favorite website is – I’m in love. Most of their cases are about $35 and they have the coolest designs. My favorite is the Mingle case because it’s – it’s glittery, but not obnoxious. They also sell t-shirts, posters, hoodies, tote bags, and more. The coolest part: you can get any of the designs on any product!

ImageWildcard- Birch Box

Wild Card: There’s nothing we love more than getting gifts ALL YEAR! With a subscription to Birchbox she’ll receive hand-picked beauty and lifestyle samples delivered in a little box each month. There are 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions. If she finds a product she loves she can purchase the full size right from their site. Trust me on this one, she will love it!

Thanks & Happy Holidays,

Carla Marie

The Renault Zoe has been the top selling all-electric car in Europe for years thanks to its compact size and affordability, especially after government incentives. The Nixon Base Watch Is Retro Perfection

The first digital watches were released in 1972, used battery-draining LED displays and were priced far too high for most consumers. But by the mid-1970s, LED displays were replaced with more convenient LCD displays and soon enough, everyone was wearing digital watches. As digital watches became more and more ubiquitous,…
