The Irish Shillelagh
2 parts whiskey, 1 part sweet vermouth, 1/2 part Absinth and 1 part Benedictine with a dash of orange bitters in a whiskey tumbler on the rocks.
The Penny Drop
2 parts vodka/ tequila, 1 part lime juice, 1 part ginger beer in a copper mug filled with ice.
The Toasted Bourbon
2 1/2 parts Cola, 1 part Bourbon whiskey and 1/2 part Amaretto Almond with ice in a highball glass
The Tom Collins
2 parts london dry gin, 1 part juice of lemon and 1 part club soda with a dash of sugar served with ice in a Collins glass
The Arnold Collins
2 parts london dry gin, 1 part arnold palmer (Lemonade + Iced Tea) and 1 part club soda with a lemon and dash of sugar served with ice in a Collins glass
El Luchador
2 Parts Anejo Tequila, 3 1/2 Parts Pineapple Juice, 1/2 Part Triplesec and 1/4 Fresh Lime juice in a highball glass filled with ice
Tequila in Shots
The Mint Julep
Add crushed ice into an aluminum julep cup. Mix in 4 parts bourbon whiskey and 1 part simple syrup, muddle 8 mint leaves and add to drink. Mix well.
Frank The Tank
3 Parts lemon lime soda, 1 part Jack Daniels Whiskey, 1/2 part triple sec and 1 part sour mix. Fill top of mason jar with ice and mix.
Hemingway Mojito
3 Parts Rum, 2 Parts lime juice and 1 part simple syrup, accented with 3 muddled mint leaves and crushed ice in a highball glass
The Southern Gent
2 Parts Bourbon, 1 part ginger ale, 1 part club soda served with ice in a collins glass
The Johnny Applespiked
7 parts apple cider, 1 part dark rum and 1 part cinnamon shnapps in a pitcher. Squeeze 1/2 of lemon in and dice and impale apple slices for each drink
Malibu Black Voodoo punch
2 parts orange juice, 2 parts pineapple juice, 2 parts cranberry juice, 1 part Malibu Black Rum, 1 part Malibu Pineapple, 1 part Malibu Banana and 1/2 part Float of Dark Rum served in a punch bowl.
