The gentrification of Brooklyn has hit an all time high and this interactive maps allows us to visualize how prices have changed from 2004 to 2012. Williamsburg, Lefferts Garden, Gowanus and Fort Greene have experienced incredible growth while Cypress Hill and Bay Ridge have seen a decline.
