England Matters: A Nike Sports Documentary

In England Football (soccer) is life. There’s no going around it, it’s as common and important as the air you breathe. Nike unveiled it’s English Kits a few months back, a simple white jersey with a dark blue collar. Paying homage to 150 years of English national football.
Nike has just released a brilliantly shot documentary surrounding the pride and trials of the men who sport the kit. In it’s innaugural episode they follow two young and electrifying players, Liverpool’s Daniel Sturridge and Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Well shot in your face footage of the Wembley Stadium game versus the Republic of Ireland gives you a more than close encounter of the wear the sport does on the body, even if you’re a young promising athlete at the pinnacle of his game.
