Hockey Brawl Leads to a Goalie Fight at Last Nights Sabres Leafs game (6 HQ Photos and Video)

It all began midway through the third period on last night, with the Leafs at home. Sabres forward Corey Tropp was led off the ice, dazed and bloody, after a fight with Leafs hopeful Jamie Devane. The fight was fair, but Tropp who isn’t a brawler got the worst end of the battle. After that, the Sabres retaliated with a line fight that ultimately led to a goalie fight. Jonathan Bernier on the fight. “I just asked him if he wanted to go,” Bernier said of Miller. “Obviously, I don’t think he actually wanted to go. But that’s the way it goes. That’s the hockey game. And when you get hyper and energy … I wanted to defend my teammates.”
