When Kanye speaks, everyone listens. Not because he totally makes sense or because his words are influential (to anyone, but himself, really), but because it looks as though he has no filter. Kanye (and his Twitter account) is raw unadulterated emotion wrapped into a ball of Yeezus.
I was about to say, incase you haven’t heard, but there’s literally no way you haven’t heard about this, Kanye went all ‘Kanye’ on Kimmel via Twitter about a spoof Jimmy taped mocking a recent BBC interview, where West let it all hang out. The interview itself was gripping, to say the least. Kanye and Zane Lowe talk about topics ranging from Yeezus, arts & fashion, corporations, and Kendrick Lamar’s now infamous “Control” verse.
Kimmel, a comic genius in his own regard, took to his show, creating a Kid Re-Kreation of the interview, taking the exact words used in the interview, but with children. It’s light hearted to say the least, only taking one of the more ridiculous excerpts from the interview, on Fendi and leather jogger pants and running with it. Kanye was none too pleased and we’ll this is where we are thus far. Watch the Kid Re-Kreation clip first, then Kimmels response to all of Kanye’s Tweets.
