A Skateboarding Shoe Inspired by Basketball? Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 Hyperfuse Max


P-Rod is the poster child for Nike’s skateboarding line, with Nike SB from the beginning, Rodriguez is familiar with taking risks. After all he took a chance on Nike SB, the same way they did on him, it could have been a disaster, like it’s surfing division. But alas their SB division thrived and as did P-Rod and his signature line of sneakers.

Now on to the next thing. At first glance, The P-Rod 7 Hyperfuse max look like a signature line from Nike’s NBA division, but it’s the first of what can be a new style of skateboarding shoes. Inspired by basketball and running shoes alike, Hyperfuse Max mid-tops feature a Hyperfuse upper made with synthetics and mesh for lightweight support and breathability.
