Everybody knows commercials; the annoying interludes that gratingly occupy the period of time in between your scheduled programming. Often, commercials are muted or used as optimal times to perform a task that involves being removed from the television.
However, there are always exceptions to those rules; counting down the best ten commercials of 2013 is RSVLTS with another addition to our End of the Year event—the Top 10 Athlete Commercials of 2013.

4. Madden 25 with Colin Kaepernick and Russell Wilson: Friendly Rivals
With the Steelers and the Ravens both falling to the wayside in the 2010’s, two other teams had to take the mantle of fiercest and most hard-hitting rivalry. So, with the NFC West full of burgeoning talent, the Seahawks and 49ers seemed appropriate. In a TV Spot that advertised the latest installment of Madden’s long franchise, Russell Wilson and Colin Kaepernick are competing virtually for video gaming supremacy—with Russell Wilson stealing Kaepernick’s signature touchdown celebration at the end.
