At RSVLTS.com we like to celebrate the history and culture of sports as best we can. Most of this comes through photo compilations and this collection of the 100 Greatest Sports Photos of All-Time, compiled by people in the known over at SportsIllustrated, manages to capture the essence of sports and the athletic spirit. Within the list you’ll see shots of icons like Michael Jordan and Muhammad Ali, but there are also breathtaking moments featuring lesser known athletes like Greg Olson’s ‘headstand’ photo, Matthias Steiner’s unfortunate weight lift attempt, and Referee Jack Vaughn’s gaze into the limbo.
