Graphic Designer Gives New Hip Hop Albums The Classic LP Look

There’s no denying that vinyl is back in a big way, with sales expected to reach nearly $1 billion for the first time this millennium. But while the physical media has made its comeback, the classic look of LP cover art has yet to return. However, if any recording artists want to eschew the modern look, all they need to do is call art director and graphic designer Patso Dimitrov.

When he’s not creating increidble artwork for the NBA, Dimitrov spends his free time reimagining contemporary hip hop albums as old school LPs. From the font to the worn corners to the stickers advertising the singles, Dimitrov has every detail down pat. Some of them even have the worn outline from the vinyl encased within!
