Sneaker legend has it that Michael Jordan was fined back in 1984 for wearing his red and black Nikes in numerous games and Nike picked up the fine each time, knowing the publicity was worth it. So it only makes sense that when paying homage to the GOAT, it only makes sense that artist @gc911 only used red and black paint. But he also took it a step further by eschewing brushes and instead opting for a pair of Air Jordan 1s, resulting in one of the most unique portraits we’ve ever seen. And at what a price!
