  • Paul Rudd And Seth Rogen Star In A Super Bowl Commercial [Teaser Trailer]

With Super Bowl commercial prices hovering around $4 million per 30 seconds Samsung has decided to throw their hat into the ring. Paul Rudd and Seth Rogen pitch their ideas for an actual two-minute long big game spot to Bob Odenkirk from the “Mr. Show.” The catch — the two actors can’t say the words “Super Bowl,” “The 49ers,” or “The Ravens.” (Which are actual rules.) But “el plato supremo,” “50 minus 1ers” and “Baltimore Blackbirds” are fine. 72andSunny is the shop behind Samsung’s regularly hilarious commercials. The Super Bowl ad will be directed by “Iron Man” director Jon Favreau, and if this is any indication, it’s going to be pretty good. [Source: BusinessInsider.com]

Which person are you?

UNLV’s 60,000-seat stadium proposal will feature a 100-yard-long video screen, making it the “world’s largest multimedia immersive experience,” according to developers as well as two night clubs, and six 300-seat VIP suites and 50 conventional suites. This stadium wouldn’t only house UNLV. Las Vegas hopes that the over-the-top stadium being called  ”UNLV Now” will attract big events like fights, bowl games, concerts, and potentially the Super Bowl in the future.

  • What is Causing People To Shy Away From Attending Football Games? [Infographic]

As we told you last week, 60% of football fans prefer tailgating at home. So what is driving this change in the way football fans across the country are enjoying America’s game? It’s a number of things ranging from technology advances that let you watch every game in real time on crystal clear TV’s to obnoxious fans offending every kid within 25 feet with their drunken obscenities. • The Rookie QB Season in Review

But who is the biggest success after their inaugural season? The Fulcher published this infographics by the numbers.

  • Report: 60% Of Football Fans Prefer Tailgating At Home

There’s nothing like heading to a stadium for a nice day of tailgating. You’ve got the energy of the crowd, the smell of the BBQ, kids bolting in front of your car as you try to navigate narrowing parking lots, drunken fans hurling beer bottles at your face, weather conditions that always seem to be either too hot or too cold. Wait a minute, that sounds kind of hectic and we’re not the only ones who think so. If a Ad Week/Harris Poll survey is to be believed, 60% of U.S. adults say that they prefer to watch NFL games on TV, all curled up on the couch, while just 6% actually attend the games in person. To further explore these stats we headed to football stadiums across America with former NFL star Dhani Jones to explore the drama that can go along with tailgating. As you’ll see things got pretty wild. So what is causing this shift from fans attending games at the stadium to watching them at home? We’re thinking the recession is to blame. Our paychecks aren’t getting any bigger but players salaries, cost of tickets and concessions sure are. This shift to at-home tailgating is not going more »
