Hiroyuki Terada of the YouTube page, Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef highlights the coveted “Cheeseburger Roll” in his latest video, but he doesn’t just use any cheeseburger, but a McDonald’s Big Mac. In addition to the McDonald’s burger, he adds avocado, tomato, some BBQ sauce and some spicy mayo. The buns act as the rice, the patty acts as the protein, and the sauce and french fries act as the accents. Chef Tarada makes this look so good we might actually think about eating the otherwise disgusting excuse for a burger. They do note how they’ll be trying out the same method with a homemade Angus burger in the near future.
