RSVLTS Returns & Exchanges

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Please review our terms and conditions below before processing a return or exchange. If the item is in a condition that doesn't allow us to resell, previously worn, washed or damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange or return.

You may return unused, undamaged, unwashed merchandise (hang tag must still be attached to item) within 21 days of purchase for an even product exchange, for a refund, or store credit. 

If you elect for a refund, a restocking/handling fee of 10% per item of the full value will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Returns from multiple orders CANNOT be shipped together, they must be sent back with the return shipping label you receive for that order.

•  FINAL SALE items: All items marked as final sale and not available to be returned for either exchange or refund.

•  Shoes: All PF Flyers and other footwear are a final sale and not available to be returned for either exchange or refund.

•  Swimwear: We can not accept any swimwear that has been worn or washed. If the hang tag has been removed from the swimsuit or it has been worn we can not accept the item for return/exchange.

•  Limited edition items: All items marked limited edition on the product page are a final sale and not available for return, exchange or refund.

•  Free return shipping: applies only to U.S. orders. If you leave outside the United States and need to process a return, please review the International Returns Section of the RSVLTS FAQ page before   contacting customer support at store@rsvlts.com.

Please allow for a minimum of 5-7 business days for your request to be completed upon delivery of your return pack to RSVLTS.
