Hope you’re enjoying our first week and soft launch at Camp Kunu!
Now that we’ve got that behind us we have a few guidelines and announcement for the remainder of your stay. Remember to follow the rules, enjoy yourselves and remember don’t go in the lake after midnight.
While we’re sad to say goodbye to summer, we’re ready for crisp campfire fall nights, maybe a little Sunday football and obviously spooky season. Speaking of… Rumors are swirling that a few counselors have “mysteriously disappeared.” Some say they ran off for s’mores, others swear they saw a shadowy figure near the barn… and yeah, maybe there was a machete sticking out of Cabin B this morning. Anywho, the barn is off limits for now, but the rest of camp is good to go!
So even though this investigation is underway, we wanted to allow you all to enjoy the soft opening of Camp Kunu!
First and foremost, what is Camp KUNU? Glad you asked!
Camp KUNU is RSVLTS’ brand-new loyalty program built just for you!
You might be thinking to yourself, “Doesn’t RSVLTS already have a Rewards Program? So what is this?”
The short of it: at its core, Camp KUNU is an evolution of the current rewards program. Our rewards program was fine, but this helps us close the gap between all avenues of the brand; Online, events and meet ups. It was always our dream to create a universe with our amazing community and so think of this as the big bang. It won't seem like much at first, but as we expand the program, it will become more engaging, more curated and more fun. Think long term achievements, short sprints, even treasure hunts and side quests.
Chances are, you’re already part of our Rewards Program. No need to worry, you’re automatically being migrated over, and any unused points you’ve earned will carry over with the same value as before.
Now, you might be asking yourself, “This all sounds great, but it sounds the same to me!” So allow me to give you a peek behind the curtain.
What Stays the Same

You’ll still earn points for every purchase you make with RSVLTS.

You’ll still earn celebratory points for your birthday.

You’ll still earn points for other actions, like engaging with RSVLTS on social media.

And you’ll still be able to redeem your points for discount codes: free shipping or dollars off your order.
What’s New (The Fun Part!)
In addition to everything above, we’re introducing Tiers.
For this initial beta period, instead of starting off at zero, you’ll automatically be placed at the beginning of the tier based on your RSVLTS spend over the past year. Instead of starting from scratch, RSVLTS wanted you to be able to enjoy the benefits of your loyalty right away.
Each tier comes with its own unique perks like:

Something many campers have been asking for is finally here: Refer a Friend!
If you know someone who would love RSVLTS, send them a referral. They’ll get a little something to help with their first purchase, and once they do, you’ll get rewarded too!

Here, you’ll find exclusive gear available only to campers. There will be something for everyone, with new gear introduced regularly.
Housekeeping
Points:

Previously, points didn’t expire. Going forward, they will expire on a rolling basis.

You’ll have one year (365 days) from the date you earn points to use them. After that, unused points will expire based on a rolling calendar year. If you earn points on September 1, 2025 they will expire September 1, 2026

Points migrated from the old program are set to expire on August 20, 2026. Any unused points earned prior to migration will expire on this date and cannot be reinstated.

Any discount codes claimed by you will need to be used within six months of receiving them. After that six-month window passes, the code will automatically expire and can’t be used

To activate your points to apply them to a Marketplace item, there needs to be an item of a $20 value in your cart.
- Quick heads up, Camper: points are only earned on purchases made with an outside payment method (like your credit card, PayPal, etc.). Orders paid with Store Credit or Gift Cards don’t qualify for points, so if you’re chasing rewards, make sure you use a qualifying payment option.
Tiers:

Instead of starting everyone at zero spend, as of August 20, 2025, members were placed in a tier based on their RSVLTS spend over the past year. Though the system isn’t perfect yet, you will be placed at the lowest point of the tier system for this beta testing phase.

You’ll be able to explore all the benefits of your assigned tier and work your way up from there.

Starting January 1, 2026, you’ll stay in the tier you finish 2025 in, and you’ll keep that tier for the entire year of 2026. This means your tier won’t change mid-year.
However, if you’d like to keep that same tier into 2027, you’ll need to meet the required spend amount for your tier during 2026. At the end of the year, we’ll look at your total spend and adjust your tier for the following year based on that amount.
Refer A Friend:

First, make sure you’re logged into your loyalty account, that way the system knows it’s you.

Next, head over to the Camp Kunu page. Under the ‘Earn Points’ section, click on the ‘Refer Friends’ box. That’s where you’ll find your own unique referral link.

Copy that link and share it with your friends so they can place their very first order. When they use it, your friend will get $10 off their first purchase.

Here’s the part to keep in mind: as long as your friend’s order is at least $30 (that’s after their $10 discount but before taxes and shipping), and they don’t return it, you’ll be all set. About 30 days later, your bonus points will be added to your account automatically, no extra steps needed.

While we’ve taken a thoughtful approach to bringing Camp KUNU to life, as with any new adventure, there may be unforeseen challenges!
The program is here for the long haul, and we want you to know we’re starting “slow and low.” As Camp KUNU builds momentum and reaches milestones, we’ll roll out even bigger and better initiatives.
