Beginning November 11/12, orders made with RSVLTS are offered an extended 30 day return window in addition to RSVLTS' standard time period.
Items that are clearly marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Orders placed prior to a price adjustment, additional discounts, or Flash Sales are NOT eligible for sales prices to be retroactively applied and difference refunded.
Rain checks on sales prices will not be offered. Sales prices are only applicable during said sales duration, and they are subject to change at any time.
ALL DOOR BUSTERS ARE FINAL SALE. IN THE EVENT OF A SELL OUT, RSVLTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE OR PROVIDE CUSTOMER WITH EQAUL EQUIVALENT FOR ANY FINAL SALE ITEM.
RSVLTS standard fulfillment time is 1-3 business days. But, during the holiday season, please allow at least 3-5 days for your order to be fulfilled. The holidays are hectic for everyone. Just look at the Wet Bandits.
Due to the exponential increase in online shopping this year, all carriers are handling more packages than ever. Unfortunately, this has resulted in delays in packages being scanned into the various tracking systems that these carriers offer.
Due to this, the typical update is taking 3-4 days, but we've also seen it take up to 10 days to see any movement.
We know the delays can be frustrating, but rest assured that your package has been shipped, is en route, and is in the hands of the carrier. They will process and deliver it as soon as they can, and we'll be working to ensure this is done as swiftly as possible.
So it is December 24th, and your package hasn't shown up yet, what can be done?
Please know, we are working hand in hand with all of the carriers we partner with to ensure that you receive your orders and packages, and have them delivered to your front door as quickly as possible.
We might not be answering emails or messages as quickly as usual, but we will be working with them up till the last second for you!

When conducting an exchange, if the size you need is sold out, we offer exchanges across various styles and sizes for shirts of the same price. We also offer store credit that you can put towards a future purchase.
Terms and Conditions apply to all exchanges requests. That’s lawyer speak for: we can’t accept any items that have been worn, washed, damaged, eclipsed the return window, or purchased on final sale.

It is our goal to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. You may return unused, undamaged, unwashed merchandise (hang tag must still be attached to item) within 21 days of purchase to qualify for a product exchange or refund.
We offer FREE, pre-paid shipping on both returns and exchanges. When conducting a return for a refund, a restocking/handling fee of 10% per item of the full value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Upon delivery of the item(s) that you are sending back to RSVLTS, please allow of minimum of 5-7 business days for your request to be completed.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, you CANNOT return them together, they must be sent back with the return shipping label generated for that particular order.

If the item is in a condition (i.e. previously worn, washed or damaged) that doesn't allow us to resell, we will NOT be able to issue an exchange or return. The customer will be contacted and shipped back the item they returned.
RSVLTS products are limited run. If you are looking to exchange an item that is sold out, you will be contacted about choosing an alternative item in the same price range, receiving store credit, or being issued a refund.
Youth Items: Items purchased in youth sizes are not eligible to be exchanged for adult sizes. Youth sizes that are attempted to be exchanged for adult sizing will be issued store credit.
Last Call items: All items in the Last Call section are a final sale and not available for return, exchange or refund.
Shoes: All PF Flyers and other footwear are final sale and are not available for return, exchange or refund.
Swimwear Returns: We cannot accept any swimwear that has been worn or washed. If the hang tag or additional labels to maintain sanitation have been removed from the swimsuit or it has been worn, we cannot accept the item for return/exchange.
Free return shipping: applies only to U.S. orders. If you live outside of the United States and need to process a return or exchange, please review the section on International Returns before contacting customer support at store@rsvlts.com.
Limited edition items: All items marked limited edition on the product page are final sale and are not available for return, exchange or refund
Store Credit: If you are returning an item for RSVLTS Store Credit the sub-total of the price paid will be issued. The only exception is when a discount code is used that was acquired by cashing in RSVLTS Reward Points.
What?! It's not quite just right? Dang, we thought we got it right this time. No worries though, we're happy to fix it. We offer FREE size exchanges. We've made it super simple too. You just need to follow these steps:
Use the 6 digit order number from your confirmation email.
Enter the email address you used to place the order.
Follow the prompts from there on out! You can choose Exchanges, Store Credit, or Returns from the drop down menu.

If you’re having trouble moving beyond the first page of our returns website (or receiving error messages stating that your order number or email is incorrect, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
Exchange and return processing time
Once your tracking number shows the item was delivered back to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Order number is incorrect.
Our order numbers are 6 digits long and should look like: 110401. Look at your confirmation email for the 6 digit number.
Email is incorrect.
Be sure to use the email address associated with your order. If you are getting an error, double check other email addresses you may have used.
International orders.
Our system doesn't currently allow for free international exchanges. International fulfillment is one of our main goals for this year. Once we are able to fulfill internationally, we will be able to process international returns and exchanges.
Order is outside of return window.
Our return policy allows for returns and exchanges within 21 days of purchase. If you are outside of this 21-day window, your order will show as ineligible for exchange or return.
Return or exchange already processed.
If you visited the returns site previously and submitted an exchange or return, your order will show as ineligible for a return if you try to process it again (even if the label wasn’t used or the return wasn’t completed). If you need access to the label you had received initially, we always send a copy to the email associated with the order. If you need to cancel or re-do your return, please feel free to contact us at store@rsvlts.com and we can get you set up!
Size I wanted to exchange for is out of stock.
Exchanges for a different size of the product is based on the availability of our inventory. If there is no inventory of the desired product, sadly we cannot fulfill the exchange as desired. However, we are more than happy to exchange your item for a different product in the desired size. If this is not satisfactory, we can also issue you store credit or a refund for this portion of your order.
Exchanges and returns will be processed upon receipt of the product at our fulfillment facility.
We cannot start the process earlier because we need to review the product to determine if it is eligible for the exchange or return.
Upon tracking showing that your return or exchange has arrived at our facility, please allow for approximately 5-7 business days for processing. We are working to shorten this time frame, but for now this is the average processing time. Within this time frame, we will have your refund or new product processed and on its way.

We'll see if we can switch that up for you. Please note that billing addresses can't be edited after an order is placed, but an incorrect billing address shouldn't affect your order.
If your order has already been processed, you can try contacting the shipping provider to update your address once they have it in their system.
COVID-19 has disrupted the entire shipping and supply chain industry. Due to this, fulfillment and final delivery could be delayed upwards of 5-7 business days. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding the status of your order.
Shipping Times vary by location and shipping option you choose. We ship out of California. Once fulfilled, the West Coast typically experiences 3-6 business days for delivery, while the East Coast typically experiences 5-7 business days for delivery for the slowest option.
If your tracking page says "Accepted" or "Pre-shipment" by USPS, this means it is currently en route. Sometimes the tracking information isn't perfect and misses a scan along the way but rest assured, it is en route should be there in a few days.
Bad weather, holidays or other factors outside of our control may affect shipping. We advise contacting the carrier about delays if any issues arise.
If something is listed "Pre-sale" you must select the check box acknowledging the estimated ship date on the item page. Please note that this date is just an estimate - it may ship a few days earlier or later than the estimated date.

If your tracking number says the item was delivered but you can't find it fear not. This happens from time to time. It is all going to be ok.
Just simply give your local Post Office a quick call (look up the phone number here) and ask them to do an advanced search with your tracking number.
They'll be able to reach out to the delivery person who dropped it off and there is also a good chance they are holding your delivery at the post office for pick up because the address was either unsecure or unable to receive deliveries from USPS.
If the advanced search doesn't work don't freak out! It's all going to be ok.

RSVLTS Nation is expanding and, trust us, it's one you want to belong to. Ron Swanson is our president. “Wipe Out” by The Surfaris is our national anthem. Our currency is the Schrute Buck. So, yeah, it’s safe to say that we’re the greatest nation on the earth.
Our international shipping is starting with Canada and Australia. But, we have global domination on our minds. So if your country wasn’t listed, stay tuned. Hoping to add the United Kingdom and Mexico by the end of the year.
Shipping times will vary by country. A lot of that depends on how fast your local postal workers are. If you want to get your sweet, sweet RSVLTS gear faster, set a giant dog like the Beast after them. For the best estimate of your delivery, use the tracking info provided. The average transit time is estimated to be 10-25 days.
At this time, we can’t accept exchanges for international orders at this time. Order wisely, friends.
International orders are eligible for returns for a refund or store credit, but we will not be providing return shipping labels. Some tasks in this life are meant to be handled alone.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes RSVLTS to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees RSVLTS may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
Our promo codes must be applied at the point of check out. To apply a promo code, simply paste the promo code into the promo code field in the shopping cart and that should do the trick.
Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be combined or stacked with other codes or promotions.
