I loved the hoodie! I should've went with my original choice with the size large, but since the return was really easy to start, print off the label and then drop it off at my post office to return back for an exchange because I ordered the size extra large. Their customer service is really quick and take care of things promptly rather than putting it off for a week or so until you finally get a response. The feel of the hoodie was really really nice. So soft and cozy. Definitely a great fall style hoodie and suggest wearing long underwear type waffle long sleeve shirt underneath two bundle up extra if it's a little colder.
