I bought a 3XL as that is the size I wear in shirts, but this jacket is one size too small so I'd recommend going one size up.

Love this bomber jacket SO much! I am a bigger hipped female so the bottom waist band is a bit snug, although it does zip up fine. Just no wiggle room. The rest is a perfect fit and very comfy. The colors are vibrant and I love the reversible feature.
